How do I create an account?
Click on "Register" in the top right corner. Fill in your name, email, phone number, and create a password. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link.
How do I update my profile?
Log in to your account, go to "My Profile" from the dashboard, and update your details. You can also change your profile picture there.
How do I post a property?
Log in and go to "Post Property" from your dashboard. Fill in all the details, upload images, and submit. Your property will be reviewed before going live.
How do I search for properties?
Use the search box on the homepage or go to the properties page. You can filter by state, city, property type, price range, and more.
How do I save a property to favorites?
Click the heart icon on any property card or details page. Saved properties will appear in your "Favorites" section.
How do I contact a property owner?
On the property details page, you'll find the owner's contact information. You can call, email, or send an enquiry through the form.
Is Placekey involved in transactions?
No, Placekey is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. All negotiations, payments, and agreements are directly between the parties.
What if I face an issue with a transaction?
