• Placekey is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction.
• All negotiations and payments are strictly between the parties involved.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of property details or the authenticity of users.

User Conduct

• Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Do not use the platform for illegal activities.
• Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Do not spam or send unsolicited messages.

Limitation of Liability

Placekey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms
